Websites Designer

<h3><strong>Objectives of this role:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Make functional graphics, digital proofing, UI/UX designs and visual concepts that catch the eye and inspire users.</li> <li>Work with product managers to create and execute design plans helping the company achieve its product vision and meet its marketing goals.</li> <li>Support the design process by creating style guides and collaborating with other designers to execute client requirements.</li> <li>Assist the marketing team in creating visual assets like landing pages, websites, advertisements, brochures, flyers and catalogues.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Required skills and qualifications:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience as a junior web designer or graphic designer.</li> <li>Demonstrable portfolio and expertise in previous web design projects.</li> <li>Practical knowledge of different designing tools, such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or Sketch.</li> <li>Strong understanding of colour theory, typography, layout design and usability principles, especially for websites.</li> <li>Proficiency in graphic design, art and psychology with a sense of how different elements work together on a web page.</li> <li>A creative thinker with excellent visual communication skills, design multimedia skills and computer adeptness.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.</li> <li>Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li> </ul>
